Real Estate Experience:
Though
currently a full time, licensed REMAX Realtor, with 29 years living,
working, and raising a family of six in Colorado Springs, I enjoyed
helping people with their real estate needs for many years before
being 'officially' licensed as a Realtor over seven years ago. Now,
as a licensed, full time professional Realtor, I am committed to
providing integrity, expertise, and highly personalized service
to you, your family, friends and business associates in your Colorado
Springs real estate transactions. In order to better serve my clients,
I have earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) certification,
ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation) certification, and
the CRS (Certified Residential
Specialist) certification. As your Colorado Springs Realtor, my
goal is to serve you with the highest level or professional, personalized
service possible.
Areas of Specialization:
My
areas of specialization are Colorado Springs relocation, re-sales
- representing sellers and buyers in the selling and purchasing
of their homes, representing buyers in the purchasing of new construction
homes or in the purchasing of custom built homes with area custom
home builders. As a long time resident of Colorado Springs and experienced
Realtor, I am well acquainted with all of Colorado Springs and the
surrounding areas.
Life & Family:
Melanie and her husband, Steve, have been married 28 years and have
four sons. They have raised and educated their sons here in Colorado
Springs through private schools, home schooling, charter schools
and public schools. This has given Melanie a well rounded knowledge
of the different educational options available in Colorado Springs.
Steve always
enjoys a good round of golf!. The family enjoys being together whether
camping, skiing or just 'hanging out together' at home on the ever
popular "Pizza Night" with some favorite games or movies!
