Mayor's Office of Arts, Culture and Film
Great cities grow from strong business and arts communities working in
tandem. Mayor Webb established the MOACF in 1991 to further the
vitality of this partnership.
MOACF partners with local arts organizations and schools to encourage
and provide learning opportunities to Denver area youth. MOACF also
offers special events, public art displays, as well as film and TV
opportunities.
